Antarctica.
The Last Continent.
The coldest, windiest and driest place on our planet; it is at once both inhospitable and inviting. It is an impossible place to imagine and I couldn’t wait to make my first visit. The vast emptiness struck me most upon arrival. Yet, within the barren white landscape awe-inspiring mountain peaks rise into the sky, tens of thousands of penguins cling to the rocky coastlines and the sea boils with the huge abundance of marine life.
